Mental Health

Why do we believe in children’s mental health?

Because it’s super important!

Because it’s worth talking about!

And because we need to equip our children in all aspects of their personal development.

As a mum of three, I see the importance of talking to children about every aspect of life, of their development and of who they are. It has been proven so many times that when a child feels loved and accepted, they begin to understand who they are and can engage with the world around them in a very positive manner. For many years we have openly discussed and addressed our children’s physical health and won’t think twice about seeking help where needed, so why would this be any different with their emotional and mental health. – Helen

Through this series of books we aim to explore ideas that children can discuss with their caregivers, reflect on different aspects of these matters, and find encouragement and inspiration.

We also want to advocate for children’s mental health and offer practical advice as to how to nurture positive practises that can impact our every day lives.

Why not consider some of these positive activities to help support your child’s mental health and wellbeing.
